You've posted this to several of the chess groups. One is enough.

Zero would be enough. Why anyone cares about an under 8 world champion
is beyond me. Is there a World Track and Field Championship for under
8? To say nothing of the fact that that 8 year old world champ can
probably find better competition in his own home city to hone his/her
skills. Why we let chess be infantilized is beyond me as well....

EVGENY SHTEMBULIAK has international ELO 2077 and is still under 8!

Well, that's impressive for any eight-year-old (and some way better
than me) but, to be fair, unless Evgeny lives in a fairly small city,
Dr Dowd is probably right: there probably is somebody rated at least
2078 in his city.
