Your question is surprising, displaying ignorance on your part.

The answer is tens of thousands of readers read every posting that is
put on the forum where the Fake Sam Sloan posted.

You can find it at:

http://groups.google.com/group/rec.g...olitics/topics

More than that, Google and some of the other search engines now pick
up anything posted there and these records are kept permanently.

Although the Fake Sam Sloan, upon being discovered, stayed up all
night deleting his recent postings from the Google news server, the
old ones were not deleted especially those posted from accounts where
he no longer had access. All of the postings are still maintained by
Forte Agent, Giganews and other news servers plus are on the hard
drives of anybody who read them.

So, the answer to your question is that each of the 2463 postings
identified as having been from the Fake Sam Sloan will have millions
of readers, so the total readership will be in the billions.

Here is an example.

http://www.gamesreviews.net/message305533.html

This is one of the first postings by the Fake Sam Sloan. It is dated
June 28, 2005. The Fake Sam Sloan first posted on June 25, 2005. This
particular posting was not picked up by Brian Mottershead in his
report. It came from

It was picked by by other news serves. It follows the pattern of most
of the Fake Sam Sloan postings. Supposedly signed by me, it attacks
the supposed lifestyle of the person who was USCF President at the
time of this posting.

Can George or anyone else seriously maintain that this dual attack
both on me who supposedly posted and on the USCF President who was
then in office is something that should be of no concern to the USCF?

The election was held on July 27, 2005, one month later. Both myself
and the candidates whom the USCF President supported were defeated.
Can anybody say that this and the hundreds of postings like it during
the 2005, 2006 and 2007 election campaigns did not change some votes
and influence the outcome of these elections?

The candidates who were elected in 2005 were Bill Goichberg, Joel
Channing, Gregory Shahade and Robert Tanner. Every time this question
was brought up and every time somebody suggested that there be an
investigation to determine the identity of the Fake Sam Sloan,
Channing in particular strenouosly objected. l believe that Joel
Channing knew all along who the Fake Sam Sloan was. Channing even
wrote that he was "amused" by the postings by the Fake Sam Sloan. I
believe that Joel Channing provided financial support for the Fake Sam
Sloan.
