In my opinion, posting this, and this kind of information
in general, on rgc[mp] is proper and needed, it is service
for rgc[mp].

Some years ago I have read Truong's claims about his
heroic deeds as a chessplayer, and in opposing the
communistic regime in Vietnam. His text made a very
bad impression on me. It was clear to me that a lot
of it was fiction, not the truth. Good, honest guys never
boast like that.

Then there was the issue of using a computer program,
i.e. of cheating, when Truong played chess from Susan's
ICC account.

Then there were his vicious posts on the chess groups!

But to abuse children is still another dimension
of how low one can get. Susan's children are
especially vulnerable due to the family situation.
It's very sad. Susan's psychological dependence
on a con artist is sad too.
