Tal was in the U. S. A. in either 1962 or 1963.

If you choose to deny something that I thought I'd read somewhere, that's
fine with me.

As far as your gibberish, it remains.....gibberish.

When I have the time I'll look through my library and see if I can't find
the reference.

Certainly possible that either I misread or misremembered something, or the
dates, or the details.

Or perhaps the reference was simply wrong.

However, I'm only certain of what I've read because I'm such a big fan of
Tal's games, and was really disappointed when I read about the incident.
