Does anyone have any estimates on what a hard cover 1st edition of
this book might be worth? We're not looking to sell it (at least not
yet) but are looking to auction it at a major tournament in 2004.

Any suggestions on where one might look? It's not new but fairly mint
condition with original dust jacket.

They're going for about $150 on Advanced Book Exchange.

Hmm... I actually possess a Russian edition of this book, in
hardcover... not in the greatest shape, but it was a bit beat up when
I got it

Cheers,

Advanced Book Exchange and several other listing services all come up
at www.bookfinder.com. Please note that listed copies are copies that
have NOT sold at the given prices. Also note that many collectors
consider the TRUE first edition to be the first printing, not second,
third, or later printings of the first edition.
