Angelo,

I emailed you about the Norman Rockwell plates and up to now you
haven't responded.

What are you, announcing things here in RGCP but not man enough to
honor your words?

I wonder if you knew that John Fernandez' ebay auction was real.

Lance and Tim,

These plates are standard Rockwell paintings rendered on a quality,
showcase-worthy plate. They're actually not bad looking and they're all
brand new, in the box.

I should go to my shed and see which ones I have. As I mentioned I have 30,
but some are duplicates.I'll go out there tomorrow and write the names down.
If you want some idea of how much they go for, check out:

http://pages.seemslikeoldtimes.com/3...1306463/1.html

I don't know if this site's prices are reasonable or outrageous. I would
charge you significantly less

Send me email: adp [at sign] tellurian [dot] net or reply privately but
delete "spammersgotohell" from the address.

Angelo

A friend of mine is a Norman Rockwell enthusiast. If you provide for
the shipping of 2 plates, how much would be the grand total?

He is blaiming Bobby Fischer for it.bg

The Sooners are still number one. However, the Wildcats are hanging in there.

You know, up until a few years ago, if anyone had ever told me that I would
be rooting for Oklahoma in any sport, I would have actively tried to have
them committed. Now that I've been outed as a former Iowan, you understand
why.

Royce,

Once an Iowan, always an Iowan. The Hawkeyes are not that bad either.
the were contenders and I thought they were going to the Rose Bowl
last year.

Yeah, the one year we don't play OSU, they gotta beat Michigan! LOL

I had second thoughts about saying 'former' Iowan after I hit the 'send'
button. Of course I still consider myself an Iowan, even though I haven't
lived there for a couple decades (I left in '89). Harder now that folks are
gone.

It's funny though. When I was in Las Vegas, I considered myself a 'Nevada
Resident.' Here, I consider myself a 'Tulsan,' 'cause there's no way I'm an
OKie (that seems a birthright, like Iowan). But I did actually find myself
rooting for OU over ISU, although I wanted ISU to do well. Must be that
Iowa/Iowa State mentality, eh?

The wife went to OU, so I gotta be careful. LOL! But I can still root
against OSU (Oklahoma State) without pause or recriminations.

To us it's a lively rivalry. The wife went to KU so she is a diehard
Jayhawks fan.

When we were living across the border, I was rooting for the Missouri
Tigers. The Jayhawks and the Tigers are very fierce rivals here and
are both good in basketball (not football).

When we moved to Kansas, I gotta root for Kansas State.

The good thing is the rivalry includes chess, she can beat me
sometimes.

OK. So now we know that you are a man, are married, you live in Tulsa,
Oklahoma, you used to live in Nevada and before that in Iowa and you
might even play chess.

Eventually, we might even be able to figure out who you are.
