-------" THOUGHT "--------- There you have the gist of it right there. If the girl said she was 15 and Alex continued the conversation and continued the coercion then his chances in court are pretty slim to avoid prison. Even if the fed was behind the computer and said he was the 15 year old girl, it isn't entrapment. The girl could have been a willing participent and wanted an encounter with Alex means nothing. She is 15 and the mother is her protecter and she saw what was happening and called the authorities. The feds took over and now Alex is in court. From what I've read about it, it looks very bad for Alex. It would be victory if he just gets charged with probation and no prison. However he would be put on the list under megan's law, his career is permanently destroyed and reputation ruined. So whatever happens whether Alex goes to prison or not his life is ruined. EZoto |

AGAIN, all of his own doing. He COULD have cut the correspondance off once the emails were of a sexual nature. He could have stopped all of this, but chose not too. He could have simply chose NOT to reply to any of the emails anymore and never made the trip. Why doesn't anyone discuss that? Regards, Jeff |

Regards, Jeff I suppose they don't discuss it because they really don't believe he is capable of it. For those who know him they never knew most likely he had this hidden part of his life and find it difficult to discuss because they never knew it. As for those who don't know him at all it is just another case of a sexual predator getting caught. That may be the most likely reason. EZoto |
