is it worth anything?

It all depends on the condition. I see it being offered for sale on
bookfinder.com at prices ranging frm $3.50 to $100. The used book market is
quite large. You can learn about it at the Antiquarian Booksellers
Association of America, http://abaa.org/ or just go poking around such sites
as bookfinder.com or Advanced Book Exchange, http://www.abebooks.com/.
There is a lively market in used chess books on eBay.

Condition makes all the difference in the world to collectors.

would be interesting to know whether it fits together with GM Wenzhe 's
book which covers chinese approach and chess history.

sells at ebay about 20$ or so. there are antique book shops where prices
are 80 ... 300+ $ for stuff from 1770 .. 1900.

there is a story about a cool book by frenchman chapain, that was never
printed, due to french revolution 1789 , but there is a good copy of the
manuscript 550 pages. someone needs to sit down to put it to computer
readable format.
