Why do certain people out there become so "attached" to me? I seem to
attract my own set of personal trolls. Blair and Sloan top the list, like
matching yard gnomes holding lanterns at the end of my driveway.

I guess good things happen to good people.

Well said, Mr. Leverett.

The Bully of the New Gang of Four is Tim Hanke. The other gang members
are afraid of him. They know that if they lose him, then they will
lose their majority control. Therefore, they allow Hanke to do
whatever he wants and are afraid to disagree with him or to reign him
in.

I am sure that John McCrary is sorry that he resigned. Nobody knew,
imagined or anticipated that this new gang would emerge. Because
McCrary resigned, they do not even need their full four votes. A vote
of 3-2 still gives them majority control. For example, at the meeting
this past weekend, Frank Brady was told that his attendance was not
needed because the gang-of-four had enough votes to pass anything by
3-2.

No doubt Sam has trouble sleeping. As he lays there in bed counting sheep,
he dreams up all sorts of fantasies. This is not why John quit. Nor does

he
want to come back anytime soon.

I thought Sam slept on a cardboard box?

We are responsible for the world around us. Your question is answered in
part by your last sentence, specifically the last clause. Perhaps you

could
investigate what it is in you that requires this type of statement.

For someone suffering from brainfarts, that's quite an observation.

If you saw him the other day you'd thought he slept in a coffin with a
handful of his native soil.

Everyone has a brainfart now and again. I have several things that I could
attribute it to, but they are just things to deal with (my business was
burgled, my wife told me she's preggers, and I finally won an online poker
tournament, all within the scope of the brainfart). Nothing like a death or
a volcano eruption or even giving artificial respiration to a dying
non-profit corporation, but personal stress nonetheless.

AND, my observation (not a hit against Tim) is valid. At least I don't
exacerbate the affliction with beancounting!

Dear Mr Houlsby,

Evidently, Tim Hanke would prefer that "certain people out there" change their
behaviour toward him. Perhaps Tim Hanke first should consider changing his
behaviour toward other people "out there".

Could it have something to do with the fact that you're a disingenuous liar
who doesn't mind trolling other people when it suits you?

Tim Hanke created the troll thread, "Nick Bourbaki's many lies", in order to
make a direct personal attack on me. And then Tim Hanke provided *no evidence
whatsoever* of my alleged "many lies" about him.

I seem to attract my own set of personal trolls. Blair and Sloan top the
list, like matching yard gnomes holding lanterns at the end of my driveway.

Go figure! Jackass.

Evidently, Tim Hanke might lack the political acumen of the late Karl Hanke,
the Nazi Gauleiter of Lower Silesia, who became the last Reichsfuehrer-SS,
the leader of the SS and the Gestapo.

According to Albert Speer, Karl Hanke once advised him not to visit Auschwitz
since then he might notice some unpleasant sights that could upset him. That
thoughtful advice showed Karl Hanke's sense of consideration toward his friends.

that was wrong."

Words have little substance but beans can be admired, touched, and fondled.
