I say string him up by the balls.

I see, he did something legal, but of which you disapprove,
so you want to string him up by the balls.

Technically legal, but in this matter, yes.

When I have been directing a chess tournament, I have had to make some rulings
based on 'technically legal' considerations.

'Technically legal' is legal. If Stan Booz believes that a significant
distinction must be emphasised in the theory and practice of law between
what's 'technically legal' and what's 'legal', then he should not become
an international arbiter in chess.

Sigh. Is that really your best shot?

I don't know whether Paul Rubin ever has been a trained sniper.

No worries, it isn't on my radar screen.

Thanks. If Stan Booz breathes too much on his radar screen, then the targets
that he's been tracking also might not have too much about which to worry.
