Eliot Sanford Hearst, who will be 72 years old in July of this year, last played in 1962. His last published USCF rating is 2416, which may or may not be his best rating. In September 1960, when he was 28 years old, his USCF rating was 2301, which ranked him as the 17th highest-rated master in the United States. George Mirijanian P.S. He is reportedly living in retirement in Arizona.
