disciplinary measures for other transgressions of sportsmanship such as
taunting the opponent. Ponomariov was disqualified from a game for
merely
having his cell phone ring.

It looks like there was a glitch somewhere because somebody else says he
hasn't seen your answer either. See if your newsreader has a button called
