Default Blindfold chess question

Hi,

As an amateur trying to learn playing blindfold chess, I have a couple
of questions to all you blindofld players:

1. Do you see in your "mind's eye" a 2D or 3D board ?
I think it is more realistic to see a 3D board, but I will be glad
to hear other opinions.

2. When you play black, do you see the board from the other side ?

thanks,
Z

Default Blindfold chess question

Dear "Ziv",

Heil Dubya!

I don't play blindfold any more, because I'm too lazy to concentrate that hard
-- I never was great at it, anyway -- but when I did play blindfold (one game
at a time) I saw a "printed diagram" in my mind's eye, always with W at the
bottom and B at the top.

Heute Uhmuhrikkka, Afghanistan, Irak und Haïti. Morgen die ganze Welt!

Uhmuhrikkka, Uhmuhrikkka über Alles!

(The more information that comes out about the attacks on the Twin Towers and
the Pentagon of 11 September 2001 the more it appears that those attacks were
organized by the rulers of the United States and were intended to have the same
effect on the people of the United States that the Reichstag fire had on the
people of Germany in 1933.)

Fight terrorism! Dissolve the CIA and disarm the Pentagon! (I have been
watching the hearings of the Commission to investigate the attacks on the Twin
Towers and the Pentagon of 11 September 2001. As a result, I have become
convinced that every one of the witnesses and their four Presidents - and every
one of the Commissioners - should be tried for:
(1. Conspiracy to commit terrorism; and/or
(2. Commission of terrorist acts; and/or
(3. Conspiracy to commit murder; and/or
(4. Commission of murder; and/or
(5. Treason; and/or
(6. Suborning one or more of the above acts.)

Fraternally,

Default Blindfold chess question

Howdie ,
If you are in the Uk I am selling a blindfold chess video on
ebay.co.uk where both sides give an interesting commentary behind the
game (both are GM's)

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...tem=4205376778

As for the minds eye, i dont think we really see a picture do we ? we
just think we see a picture , so when i think about certain moves or a
position there isnt any pictures rattling around my head, come to
think of it there isnt much up there.

the bore
