There's no way out. Black is now really really lost. If we can now
have this game adjudicated by the audience, I'm confident that they will
unanimously favor White.

If you really feel that White is won, let's see it happen.

Yes, Black is lost. After 21 ... Qe6 (21 ... Qg7 transposes, and attempts
such as 21 ... Qh5 fall short) 22 Rxc7, Black has nothing better than to try
22 ... Qxe5, but then 23 Rc5! is crushing. Even with the reduced material,
Black's first rank is just too hemmed in, and now his heroic queen has
nowhere to hide. For example, the clumsy 23 ... Qd6 is answered by 24 Bd5!
and the hopeful 23 ... d5 fails to 24 Nc4 and White's attack lands before
Black can free himself.

If the outcome of our games is going to be usurped by arbitrary public
consensus at any time, rather than being settled by the final result
of the moves and the abilities of the players, then I am no longer
interested in participating.

There's a nice little finesse. I apologize if I've spoken out of turn, but
with his last move and comments, I thought it was clear that White had
already investigated these lines. I think the kibitzers here would have
deviated at White's 15th or 16th move, so this was certainly GF's game.
