Is there a program that anyone may know of that can convert from
co-ordinate notation i.e.

1. e2-e4 e7-e5
2. g1-f3 b8-c6
3. f1-c4 d7-d6
4. d2-d4 c8-g4
5. c4xf7+ e8xf7

and change it into PGN format (or more commonly known as algebraic
notation)?

1. e4 e5
2. Nf3 Nc6
3. Bc4 d6
4. d4 Bg4
5. Bxf7+ Kxf7

Any help would be appreciated.

This has been asked before -- a quick check through back-postings comes up
with this response:

Converts native Yahoo game scores to PGN
via simple copy/paste while archiving

NORMAL32.exe once games are in PGN format.
Normal will convert the notation as well.

recommendation, which it is [or if it needed support and updates which may
