a) Spassky seems to like to talk antisemitic nonsense as he did this
time in an interview of
"New in Chess Magazine 5/2004" , just recently (around July , 20.,
2004) published.

b) the "NIC-Magazine" (Editor in Chief : Jan Timman !) was willing to
print such rubbish.

He described a diner in Paris together with Boris Spasski and Bobby Fischer,
organized by van Oosterom. Timman found it very curious to see Boris and
Bobby, both Jewish, talk the whole evening about World Jewish conspiracy and
Spasski fully agreeing with Fischer.

By the way: In one of the radio-interviews Fischer accused Spasski of
pre-arranged games, losing deliberately to make him, Fischer, look weaker.

On my website you can watch a clip with Spasski talking about Fischer. You
will notice that Spasski, despite that accusation, still speaks with a lot
of sympathy for Fischer.

BTW I read some of the stuff at your website recently, including the

Thanks for this info. You say 'another trusted source'. Was the first
one Dominic Lawson? Does Lawson give any detailed info on what Spassky
is supposed to have done or said? What did he actually say in the 'New
in Chess' interview?

I'd also be interested with regard to Nigel Short. Having a 'racial
theory of chess' would certainly be utterly despicable... However,
Lawson is not a reliable source - he is well in with SIS (MI6). Although
of course what he says here may be true.

Lemme see....it seems ok for a certain ethnic group to say bad things about
another ethnic group.....but not the other way round....Personally, if what
most of the do-gooders say is true...that one should be able to speak thier
mind...then I see no reason why anything anti about anything should not be

in "New in Chess Magazine 5/2004" ther is an interview with former
World Chess Champion
Boris Spassky (p. 30 - 35) .

Some excerpts :

"..our beautiful Jewish Gulag." (B.S. , p. 32 , obviously trying to
put the blame for the
SOVIET Gulag on the Jewish community -- and with a very bad kind
of irony !

"All champions of the world knew the so-called Jewish problem". ;
B.S. , p. 33 ; (???? : what is he talking about ??)

"The first revolutionary government (in Russia , I presume ; CvdV)
was 100 per cent Jewish." ; B.S. , p. 33

Then , on page 34 , he (B.S.) is insinuating that the Jewish people
are selling out all the Russian factories , land , gold .. .

(Unfortunately Dirk Jan ten Geuzendam , doing the interview , is
supporting him :

WHAT problem ?!?!

From what I read it may be true that Spasski lost
at least the last game on purpose, possibly more
than one.

I think we all know now that almost all of the match was pre-arranged.
Spassky has admitted it but of course Fischer never will.

Look, there comes a pont where if you are an enemy of Fischer then you
remain bankrupt. If you are friends with Fischer then you may be able to
