1942 US championship - scoring error? by
Jud McCranie
Is this true:
"Kashdan would have been U.S. champion in 1942, but lost
out to Reshevsky when the TD scored Reshevsky's time-forfeit loss to
Denker as a win instead."

Ray,
Can you explain what you are going to sue the USCF over. What is your
complaint? Your posting does not make sense to me. What is the basis of
your lawsuit?

question about anand by
leela8732@yahoo.com
I was watching the interview with Anand and his wife Aruna
on a local channel yesterday.
They both looked brilliant to say the least.
They seemed like a very happy couple.
Do any of you know whether they have any children?

game 2 deep blue vs kasparov on move 40 by
paso.doble@gmail.com
Can someone shed some background on this game:
http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1070913
At move 40:
Deep blue: Qb6
Why didn't Kasparov move bishop - C5+??? Deep blue would then have no
choice but to trade the queen for the bishop.

LEGAL NOTICE: I just filed an employment discrimination complaint against USCF by
Ray Gordon, creator of the \pivot\
Just got back from the EEOC. They have accepted my charge for filing. An
investigation will likely begin in 6-8 weeks.
I've alleged gender discrimination over the Jennifer Shahade hiring, and
retaliation discrimination over conduct which has occurred since then.
I will be naming USCF and possibly various individuals who were personally
involved in the conduct cited in my EEOC charge, as...

Is this any better? (another one of my games) by
Ray Gordon, creator of the \pivot\
I was thinking about how someone said my wins usually result from the other
side playing poorly, and I'd have to agree. In fact, it's those mistakes
that inspire me to keep playing! This opponent was 1800 or so at one
minute:
Here's another "flawed" game of mine for you guys to rip apart. I'm sure

Kramnik embarrassed Topalov by
Zero
Not only did Kramnik win the match, he also forfeited a game just
because Topalov did not want him to use the bathroom. HA HA
If there is ever another match between them, Topalov will complain if
Kramnik sneezes.
