Is there something wrong with Kramnik - NIC interview... by Don't Panic
Read with interest Kramnik's interview with New In Chess, given just after the completion of the recent World Championship match against Leko. While I acknowledge that Kramnik is a great artist, I was a little shocked with his attitude to the chess "amateur", complaining that the recent criticism of his change in style as he gets older (and higher up the ladder with consequently further to...

Garde Clock questions by Les Lawrence
I just received a Garde mechanical chess clock. No instructions were included. How many winds (half turns) to get 2 hours running time? Also, how accurate are these clocks? One of them loses 30 seconds per hour and defies adjustment. Is this typical? TIA
