Bobby Fischer has been living in Japan (where not many Jews live).
So how 'capable of functioning in society' (to quote Ray Gordon) has
Fischer been, given...

Re : Fischer-Kasparov match by
Alfred Einstead
From rec.games.chess; September 15, 1992
From Alexander Abian ):
Is it the case that there soon will be a Fischer-Kasparov match ?
Sorry for the brief delay in getting back to you on this (especially
since you're now DEAD!), but I was caught up on other pressing
matters. I believe the answer was ... yes.

Svidler vs Kramnik by
PeteCasso
Svidler has the initiative against Kramnik's Berlin Wall, Svidler has just
made a pawn break on the King side, does not mean that Svidler will win, but
Kramnik will have to defend for a long time now ...
FWIW, I paid the one Euro to watch the game live. In fact, this is the
second Euro I paid (for a previous round), but this time, it's worth it!

Fischer had no style by
Neil Coward
OK so the provocative subject line got you reading. What I mean is I've read
in a few places that Bobby Fischer didn't have a particular style - he just
played the strongest move.
For example Tal and Bronstein, both romantic attacking players would seek
beautiful moves or chase interesting ideas.
Petrosian (not that I know much about him) would steer the game into calmer
positional...
