In the Member's Area of the USCF's website, you can download the rating supplements. This is usually a very handy tool, but when I downloaded the 32MB February 2004 Golden Database and replaced my previous files with what was contained in the zip, all I get when I try to look people up is a bunch on non-sensical numbers.
