"ASCACHESS" wrote in message ... One of the issues with accepting the validity of this is I don't recall any disclosure of who these people are, what their relationship to Calchess is, and how plans to "return the money" have been developed. Of course, how these people have the authority to make this determination is another issue, but just a little sunshine directed on these stewards of other people's money would be good. Randy Bauer These political morons tried to have me arrested, but deliberately omitted details to the police which proved me innocent. The authorities have full knowledge of who, where, and now, why. You will forgive me if I don't choose to share with you since you are sitting on the same board as the batty yet dictatorial Mrs. Shaughnessy. Have you shared it with anybody? Don't you think it's a fair question? Again, as one who has not taken sides in this dispute, I'd just like to get a better understanding of what is transpiring. Randy Bauer |

There was no theft.
ROFLMAO.... Idiot. OK, who was robbed? How much of that money came from you in any form? Have you no understanding that it was the children who were being systematically cheated? We sent off another check today to someone requesting a refund. Should we not have given those who were cheated their money back? Should we have sent that money back to the spendthrift Shaughnessy so she can give it to her minions? Should we encourage people who cheat in elections? I will be more than a little pleased to have this get to court. Sheesh Richard Peterson |

Perhaps I was not clear when I wrote, "The authorities have full knowledge of who, where, and now, why." The trustees know who they are. None are related to me in any way nor have any of them ever worked for me nor I for them. The authorities know who all of them are. They are honest folk who have an honest job to do, but at the same time it have kids under their authority who were cheated. Clear enough for you? Rp Rp |

Perhaps I was not clear when I wrote, "The authorities have full knowledge of who, where, and now, why." Can you understand why simply writing something may not be sufficient comfort for some, even disinterested parties? Now, providing a name or the support of even anybody else on this newsgroup that your version is correct might get closer to corroboration. The trustees know who they are. In a word, no, because it relies on facts not in evidence. Can you give me the name of "the authorities" who know? Evidence that "the trustees" know who they are? I'd be happy to make a simple phone call or email to them to get some independent verification. Is it that much to ask? Randy Bauer |

... Which court? When will it come out? Ummmm, Randy. You're not going to get a straight answer. Give it up and draw the obvious conclusion. Best, Allan Yeah....it's really amazing, too. RP demands straight answers from the USCF EB, but when someone inquires about his own "situation" he ducks the question. Now, this could be understood if it was just a personal problem of his, but he brought it to RGCP, for God's sake, and now doesn't want to finish the story. He must be one of those kinds of people who tell a joke and then keeps the punch line to himself. I don't claim to know the in's and out's of this predicament the way you do, Allan, but from an outsider's perspective I can tell you that RP's silence and evasion on this subject make him look guilty as hell. Regards, Matt |
