"Jeremy Spinrad" Beatriz has nothing to answer for, but Sam certainly has
some apologizing to do! Sorry Charlie, but the truth is what it is. The jism-guzzling Massachusetts Supreme Cocksuckers may have legalized marriage but that does not make it moral. If you have a religion, read your Holy Book, Bible, Quran, Torah, Sacred Scroll, etc. and there is not one religion that considers homosexuality as Good, Natural, OK, etc. They all condemn dykes. Besides that, dykes don't like men. The USCF is predominantly male. What were you idiots thinking?? And it all avoids the main point: Regardless of who is what, once you idiots go into Crossville your ass is grass. The USCF will be toast! |

INTERESTINGER & INTERESTINGER
Sam Sloan brings up an interesting issue: why is the Board majority attempting to speed up the move to Crossville? Is it possible that the Board has received a warning that there could be a cash-flow crisis near the end of the fiscal year? Is it possible that the Board would be so irresponsible as to speed up the move while there is still cash with the intention of later dipping into the LMA on an emergency basis to cover the shortage caused by the move itself? One asks Board member Bauer, but without any expectation of receing an answer: Has the Board received any warning or indication that there could be a cash-flow crisis beginning in April or May or thereabouts? At first blush, one would think not, given the contents of Leroy Dubeck's court deposition, but my question stands. It will certainly be asked in a courtroom. Perhaps Sam Sloan or Minling or Stan Booz or someone else can do a comparison of this year's budget with that of last year in an attempt to figure out where the Federation actually stands at this moment. Is it remotely possible that the rush to move is related to a cash crisis based on overestimation of the Federation's performance with a plan to dip into the LMA later on, when there is no other choice? Thiss whole business is becoming interestinger and interestinger. __________________________________________________ ______________ "FIDE has made its decision. How? The present management does not comply with board requests for financial data. The CFO quit the other day giving no reason. He left his keys on the desk and drove off into the sunset. Perhaps he was asked to cook the books one too many times. |

keys on the desk and drove off into the sunset. That indeed was what we first heard. It turns out that he was sick with chest pains and will be back in work next week to do the financials. Don |
