Sam Sloan has no regular or known source of income and [snip] Your use of "Charlie" here reminded me of something that I would have forgotten, which is that "Frank Dreck" seems a lot like a pseudonym. "Frank Dreck" came into existence since the lawsuit, and "Frank Dreck" posts messages only about the lawsuit, and only to take Sam's side, but usually saying things that Sam would rather not have over his own signature. So perhaps "Frank Dreck" is Sam. What is the purpose of "Frank Dreck"? Purely provocation. (You can verify that by reading the message to which Stan was replying; I snipped it because it's too provocative even for me.) What would be Sam's interest in such provocation? I suppose he wants to get the parties he is suing to say things that make life more difficult for their lawyers. "Frank Dreck" is not the only new name to post messages on the topic of the lawsuit. I guess pseudonyms are cheap and there's no limit one per customer. Bruce |

In article , Altes Wiesel says...
"Sam Sloan" wrote in message ... Usually I ignore the slings and arrows being thrown at me, but this one I think I will keep. From hinceforth I shall be known as "A chess version of Mother Teresa." Sam Sloan Sam, I've always thought of you as a mother. It's just that Teresa was not the next word I had in mind. -Der Wiesel Gotta love it! -- Kevin L. Bachler |

Sam, when he puts his mind to it, can be an excellent writer. He could easily mask his usual style. Sam also likes to crosspost mucho rubbish just to whip up activity here. But he's not the only one doing it. |

But he's not the only one doing it. However, it is not my style. My preference is to be the only one right when everyone else is wrong. Therefore, I would never create an anonymous poster who agrees with me. In contrast, Kevin Bachler and Bruce Draney feel a need to have someone in the group agree with them, so when they feel outnumbered they go out and create a fake personality. I never do that. I was just researching the Bible to find out an example of this. Repent sinners and read your Bible. There is a story in the Old Testament that goes something like this: They brought 30 great and wise men and they all said that A was true, but this prophet said, no A is false and B is true. Then they brought 60 great and wise men and they all said that A was true, but this prophet said, no A is false and B is true. Then they brought 100 great and wise men and they all said that A was true, but this prophet said, no A is false and B is true. In the end it comes out that the prophet was right and all those other 190 were wrong. Can anybody find the name of this prophet because I am just looking and I cannot remember it? It might have been the same one who was told by God to lie. Sam Sloan |

"Sam Sloan" wrote in message ... I need to add that while I would never create an anonymous poster who agrees with me, I might consider creating an anonymous poster who disagrees with me. When I receive a letter from someone who strongly disagrees with me, I often post it here. Hmmmnnnn. |
