The questions of this pop quiz must be answered in 25 words or less
1. What is the USCF?
2. Who is Sam Sloan?
3. Why are they throwing massive legal documents and law suits at each
other?
4. Why are they posting these documents and law suits in this and other
newsgroups?
5. Do either of them have a life?
6. Why don't they just play chess? Or get a real job?

Your truculent approach indicates someone with a bone to pick, rather than "
.... a newcomer to this group ... " However, I shall pretend that you ARE
sincere and will try to answer the questions you have raised.

1. The USCF is the United States of America Chess Federation, the national
umbrella organization for chess in the United States, which is recognized by
the Federation Internationale des Echecs (FIDE), the international umbrella
organization for chess.

2. Sam Sloan, more properly known as Scam Spam, is a self-centered moral
bacillus, not worthy of ANY consideration, who currently is spitefully suing
the USCF in order to prevent the duly elected members of the executive board of
the federation from carrying out their duties as elected representatives of the
membership. Incidentally, he has run for USCF office several times and NEVER
come close to winning an election.
3. They are NOT throwing massive legal documents and lawsuits at each other.
Scam Spam is trying to throw a monkey wrench into the democratic machinery of
the USCF. (See item 2 above.)
4. I have not seen a posting by an official of the USCF in connection with Scam
Spam's vileness, except in response to its (Scam Spam's) lies.
5. This "question" is not worthy of response.
6. Nor is this.

I recently have discovered a video, 911 in Plane Site, that offers proofs of
what I have been saying since 11 September 2001: the attacks on the Twin Towers
and the Pentagon were organized and executed by the rulers of the U. S. A. I
was not aware of what appears to be the fact that neither of the missiles
("airplanes") that struck the Twin Towers was a commercial airliner or that NO
significant wreckage appears in any of the films of the "attack" on the
Pentagon. If that is the case, an interesting question is, what happened to
the three commercial airliners.

One could ask, then, if the explosion that destroyed the Trans-World airliner
over the Atlantic Ocean in 1996 was a test of CIA (military) preparation for
"the big one". Did the U. S. rulers sink the commercial airliners in the
Atlantic and use other missiles (in the forms of airplanes) to attack the Twin
Towers? As for the "attack" on the Pentagon, the evidence of the video leads
me to believe that the damage was created by explosions set inside the
building, itself.

I can appreciate your hesitation on account of the many trolls that lurk
among the waves of newsgroup posts.
I subscribed briefly to other chess newsgroups some years ago when I had a
passing interest in chess, but never the politics one. Thus I was genuinely
surprised when I subscribed to it this week and saw the flood of legal mumbo
jumbo and affidavits and other huff and puff about Sam Sloan, the USCF, and
some moving operation. So I can assure you my questions are quite genuine,
although I admit that the last two are rather sarcastic and perhaps
unnecessary.

I have a fever today so I may not be quite up to snuff. I didn't see
any point at all to that quip about the Sept 11th attacks that had
anything relevant to the move to Crossville or the original posters
questions.
