JJT missed the part about the guy offering representation of me on a
contingency fee basis. As he pointed out, the cases are so easily won at
this point that lawyers start getting interested.

Who the flock cares. Name this person IF it means
so much to YOU. *I* couldn't care less. You say you
have a lawyer..name him or yourself as your own legal
idiot. I name myself as mine. So, who cares about yer lawyer..

To the attorney: the only reason I haven't sued individuals for libel lately
is that part of the overall strategy for some seems to be to drain my
resources with these actions. The damages are also being done mostly by
Google, for archiving, and by the ISPs, for not enforcing their TOSs. The
immunity these ISPs and Google have clung to have been under assault in the
courts lately, and may very well be eradicated. If they are, no ISP will
allow their users to defame others, and no website will archive them.

Here, Parker wets his Under-Roos, and runs away. Let me explain
why the coward will NEVER sue me. I have records of his posting
history, every post made by ANYONE (including me) in many many

1. I DID wish death on Michelle's daughter Cierra. I did so in an
attempt to snap her back to reality after she had used others' defamation
of me as leverage to get me to want her. Why did I "hurt" her? I DID
NOT TALK TO HER. That's correct: my crime with Michelle was not falling
back in love with her after she had fallen in love with me for four
months, IMing me constantly, E-mailing me constantly, BEGGING me to love
her the way I "loved" "Dominique" (these two are in quotes because I
neither loved her nor necessarily knew her).

2. Wishing death on someone is not a crime. The words were spoken in
anger, after MONTHS of provocation

People are making themsleves very easy to sue; attorneys are trained to
recognize strong cases. The more intense the rulebreaking, the more likely
a lawyer takes the case on contingency.

I think of "deep pockets" in this context. Lotza luck finding a
lawyer to take a strong contingency case against a pauper.
