If you're gonna do that then factor in part of the 431,000 loss of 2000. That should more than offset the Lawrence bonus and even make your results more difficult. I say your meaning you and Don because you guys were the ones with control of the majority votes.

The status is that we're gonna redo the contract and both sides will be better for it. (Translation: We're gonna get less money.)
