"Classic Parr propaganda." Catalan

Would you kindly demonstrate where Parr is wrong?

All of it but then what would you expect from a racist pig.

Larry won't do that. You see, Larry sees blacks as inferior too. I
discovered this when Larry told a story about how while waiting for a
light
to change in Newburgh, he watched a black man use his chest to bend a
parking meter. Not any man, but a BLACK man. Larry found it important to
specify that it wasn't a white man but rather a BLACK man that did this
childish act of wanton destruction.

"Instead Mr. Cavallo spends his time
in New Windsor, which is only a few miles south of Newburgh. Newburgh,
of course, is one of America's most inflamed rat rectums. About half
its population feeds at the public welfare trough, and parking costs
about five cents an hour when the meters are not bent at crazy skew-
wiff angles. One afternoon (not night!) while driving along the main
street of Newburgh, I witnessed a sight that has remained with me ever
since. A mammoth black man with muscles the size of the average
Japanese apartment in Tokyo rammed his chest into a parking meter.
He was charging it straight on and eventually bent it nearly in half.
Any of us would have been in the hospital with a broken collar bone or
a cracked sternum. Such are the street sights of the New Windsor area."

- L. Parr

Larry seems to be obsessed with a rat's ability to void itself.

I reported to you about the crooked architect's contract; the
enormous cost overruns on the small new building; the lie about saving
$50,000 by not paving a steep delivery area in the rear; the silence
about wetlands, radon and bedrock problems; the initial shortfall on
revenue projections; and secret talks about returning the land in
return for compensation.

Classic Parr propaganda.

Since none of the listed items are evidently false, or written in a way
that knowingly distorts available information, or suppresses any other
pertinent factors, I wonder what Larry Parr would have to write to qualify
as a non-propagandist?

I fail to see how you support his accusation that the architect is crooked.
Especially given that he reduced his fee when a smaller building was needed
after the outsourcing of the B & E.

What "enormous" cost overruns?

First time I heard of the 50,000 savings. When did he previously report
this?

The implication that nearby wetlands are somehow something that needs to be
commented on. My backyard is considered wetlands and they cannot be
developed and must be left in it's natural state. I happened to like to have
15-20 acres of wooded wetlands behind me.

The implication that there is a radon "problem". Without a basement, so
what? Anyone ever do a radon check at New Windsor?

The implication that the bedrock is a problem. Jesus said to build your home
on a rock and not on the sands.

What revenue shortfalls? The one regarding ChessCafe that I reported eons
ago?

What about the so-called talks about returning the land? Who initiated them?
Don and the old guard?

Isn't Parr the same guy that said Beatriz was getting a 60,000 annual salary
to volunteer her time as a CEO? I thought the only paid volunteer was Bill
Goichberg.

Yes. Larry makes a sexist remark with the word "irrational." But that is to
be expected from a racist like Larry.

I haven't written a word about the architect! I do note that the architect's
fee was inflated, and was substantially reduced after being challenged by
Larry Parr. I am also not aware that Larry Parr used the term 'crooked'.

Especially given that he reduced his fee when a smaller building was
needed after the outsourcing of the B & E.

What "enormous" cost overruns?

?? I'm sorry - this has nothing to do with what I wrote.

First time I heard of the 50,000 savings. When did he previously report
this?

The implication that nearby wetlands are somehow something that needs to
be commented on. My backyard is considered wetlands and they cannot be
developed and must be left in it's natural state. I happened to like to
have 15-20 acres of wooded wetlands behind me.

The implication that there is a radon "problem". Without a basement, so
what? Anyone ever do a radon check at New Windsor?

I don't know what the implication is except that if it was half a million of
my own money I would find out! I would not think it 'nothing', and any
proper survey of the land should have surfaced the issue. There were no
reports on wet-lands or other site 'issues' when comparisons were being made
with the 2 alternate sites. If these items were suppressed then there has
been misrepresentation, and if they were overlooked, there has been
incompetency.

The implication that the bedrock is a problem. Jesus said to build your
home on a rock and not on the sands.

And he was notably wise - but never worked in a mortgage department to my
knowledge.

What revenue shortfalls? The one regarding ChessCafe that I reported eons
ago?

What about the so-called talks about returning the land? Who initiated
them? Don and the old guard?

Isn't Parr the same guy that said Beatriz was getting a 60,000 annual
salary to volunteer her time as a CEO? I thought the only paid volunteer
was Bill Goichberg.

There was a $30,000 budget line associated with Beatriz's expenses, and
covering a period of 6 months. That is an equivalent amount to an annualized
$60,000. The question is whether this amount of money was correctly
attributed to her as an emergency measure - to wit, could another person
have acted as move coordinator for example? In the event I understand that
about $13,000 of the $30,000 has been reported so far as being expended.

Overall cost of the move worked out to be about $10,000 per employee. This
has been stated as a 'saving' although it is difficult to imagine that each
and every employee could have $10,000 worth of stuff to move.

I don't mind at all if you do not conclude with Larry Parr, but no one is
asking you to do so - instead we are only establishing what are the facts
and if facts are mis-reported.

BOOZ'S REARGUARD ACTION

We are in the Stan Booz blank denial phase, which
will be followed again by silence. His ploy here is to hope
that after a bit, readers will forget the details.

Earlier, Mr. Booz simply denied that I reported
that the new building would cost $650,000. The
posting was dug up and I put it on line. The guy
then shut up. For a bit.

I reported that there would be a shortfall in
revenue and was accused, among others by Randy Bauer,
of getting my information from ... Don Schultz. The
revelation came three weeks or so later in an angry
admission by Mr. Bauer himself after the EB meeting,
stating that facts had been withheld from him.

I then told you about the crooked architect's
contract in which one Phil Elmore was to receive
$60,000 for designing a building that was then
estimated to cost between $300,000 and $350,000.
(There was more blank denial until the Shutt report
was quoted. Then Mr. Booz shut up again. For a bit.)

Now, then, the honest members of the Board
majority did not tell you about that contract. I had
to reveal it, though to be sure they MEANT to tell
you. But they are volunteers, busy with others
things, and the 60Gs for the architect kinda slipped
their mind. So I told you about it. But they MEANT
to tell you about it. But they forgot or didn't get around to it.
So I, who live in faraway Malaysia, old you about it.

Next, I reported in March that an insider told
me the new building would cost at least $650,000.
There were the usual howls about my lying and being
a dirt farmer, etc. Then the other shoe dropped: the
Board majority itself estimated the cost at $650,000
except there might be savings of about $85,000,
including $50,000 (a hoot) for not paving a steep area
in the back of the proposed small building.

Stan Booz now denies ... well, what? That the
Board stated savings were possible, including
$50,000 or so for not paving an area that would have
to be paved anyway and, to be sure, at a much lower cost?

Then I reported that there were secret talks about
returning the land to Cross-to-Bear, and we have since
learned that the Federation is indeed considering
taking up space elswewhere in Cross-to-Bear. Whether
that will happen is another thing, but talks there
evidently were.

And there were the usual denials -- until the
truth came out.

We have still not been told about the role of
Harry Sabine in vetting contracts signed with Phil
Elmore and other possible friends in Cross-to-Bear.

I have called the architect famished," as in
"famished Phil Elmore." 60Gs for putting up a building
estimated at the time to cost between $300,000 to
$350,000 was way out of line.

Famished Phil knew that he had some live ones
on the hook, and if Harry Sabine vetted that deal, he
was working on behalf of his friend in Cross-to-Bear rather
than the USCF.

We are in the middle of a rearguard action on
the part of Mr. Booz and others to protect Harry
Sabine and to hope that none of you will remember to
ask, "Did the new ED work for Natrol or a
Natrol-related company? Did he talk with Mrs.
Marinello before he got the job about the deal?"

CAN IT BE, THAT ANOTHER MEDICINAL USE HAS BEEN FOUND FOR ETHYL ALCOHOL?

I believe Larry Parr is now in the Nile phase of his career. Set afloat on a
raft fashioned from reeds. Earlier, he contemplated posting appropriately,
but he has since reconsidered.

SO WHY DON'T BEATRIZ'S HUGE SANDALS MATTER?

Whatever Larry, no more troll treats for you.

Stan Booz resigns an argument. Though, to be
sure, never a committee assignment.
