The only way you can get registration form this is to log in as a
NATIONAL CHESS FEDERATION and registrar as a FIDE Delegate. Here is a
copy of my registration.

It amazes me how people in the United States care so much about their
ego that they would deny a nation the RIGHT TO PLAY IN THE WORLD CHESS
CHAMPIONSHIP.

HERE IS YOUR PROOF, to the best I can provide it, becasue I won't give
you the password.

If I am not a FIDE Delegate, then how could I have registered with the
permission of FIDE?
