No Black USCF Delegate at Large allowed!
No Black USCF Delegate at Large allowed!
The reason black people can't have any decent representation on the Board of Delegates has to do with the all white club of Delegates at Large. In order to be a Delegate at Large, you must be WHITE. I know of no non white Delegate at Large in the United States Chess Federation. Please correct me if I am mistaken. The odds are stacked against black people for the office of Delegate at Large.
