Default dear Black USCF member

April 15, 2006

Dear Black USCF member:

As you may be aware, the United Stats Chess Federation has begun to
use certain criminal elements of its membership to make illegal death
threats against me as the founder of the new (American described)
"negro" national chess affiliate of the independent nation of Saint
Christopher and Nevis, in the West Indies. If you are interested in
playing in the world chess championship in 2006 under the flag of St
Christopher and Nevis (with the opportunity to play in the Olympiad)
please contact me:

Marcus Roberts

www.stkittsnevischess.org

US number 850-722-7551
St Kitts number 869-465-2975.

On St Kitts and Nevis, we need black players to improve the image of
chess within the local population. With such vicious racial attacks
coming from Mr. Goicbherg's WHITE RACIST chess government, such an
arrangement might be the perfect response to American racism. We offer
black USCF member's honorary life membership in our national chess
federation if they choose to represent our nation.

I have no idea why the Americans began a racial attack. However, I
intend to respond to this attack with every legal means at my disposal.

Sincerely,

Marcus Roberts
Permanent Delegate of St Kitts and Nevis to FIDE
