Default Sam Sloan - Jail?

FORGERY IS EASY

Bill Brock states that it is easy to produce a
forgery. The issue is not that. Can the source of
the forgery be traced? Is has to come from somewhere.

Perhaps for once in the history of rgcp, we can
get closure on an issue.

But let us not indulge in further violence fantasies, which is only to note
that we don't know what to do with our emotions. He is merely crude, but you
know, it is simply raw emotional reaction than needs education and control,
rather than the prettied-up kind where people deny they have strong
feelings.

Sometimes half way up an ice-cliff someone loses it: Its called 'freezing'
[though can happen when there is no ice], and its very difficult in that
condition to even twitch a muscle - the body becomes rigid - never mind
sensibly move your limbs under control.

Unfreezing requires time, support by others [hopefully], but by a
combination of sympathy and fire! Without fire in the veins then the person
will stay stuck to the face until they drop off.

And that fire comes from a very healthy fear of death, since you must get
off the face by your own effort - but a controlled one, otherwise the
adrenalin will literally shake you off.

These are not abstract observations or speculations - some think they are
parallels to other ventures in living and are behaviors which can happen
unpredictably to anyone when tested.

Cordially, Phil

you had something of substance to contribute.

I agree.

Its taunting people in a cowardly way - I rather doubt that any of these
taunts would be uttered face to face, since as men we'd knock the living
**** out of anyone who insulted our families or ourselves.

The difference in this taunt is that its cruder and more obvious than
others.

I appreciate your post. Jason is a sick soul who has gone so far as to
take a picture of my wife and me once posted on Matt Nemmer's site with
pictures of RGCP posters, crop me out of the picture, then post it on
dating sites.

He is obviously mentally ill. I am not concerned about him in the
physical sense -- I've had others send me pics from Canadian
tournaments, and he is a slouching Pillsbury doughboy type. I suspect
he lives at home, and when working, he and asks if people want fries
with their burger.

Given the choice of saving Sam or Jason from a burning building, Sam
will be my choice.

Very strange. I guess he thinks he's The Catcher in the Rye.

"Very strange" sums it up nicely. This is far from the only "very
strange" post you can find with Sam discussing in tasteless detail
his
sexual escapades.

What about your whore wife Debbie's sexual escapades? I hear she took
on
three NBA players at once!

Notice that in this smear campaign led by Finance Committee
chairman Randy Bauer and his sex-obsessed cohort Bill Brock,
they have not a word to say about chess or Sam Sloan's platform
which he has published on these forums.

The idea is to keep slinging mud until it sticks.

Character trumps platform any day.

Be careful on that soapbox....

You have to trust the person enough to believe what they say they will
do. I do not believe anything about Sam Sloan, other than the truths
that (1) he is a convicted felon who served prison time (2) in an
unrelated matter, Sloan had his securities license revoked for improper
conduct, and (3) Sloan also lost his license to drive a cab in New York
City.

And USCF gave a plum job to a female without interviewing any men for the
position, or even conducting a public search. When asked why they did this,
their best answer was that they were desperately afraid of "losing" her in
the time it would have taken to interview others.

Which is more relevant to USCF operations?

There are plenty of other strange characteristics of Sloan, including
his tasteless posts about his past sexual activities, many of them also
chronicled on his personal website, to lead me to conclude he is not
fit to serve on the Executive Board of the USCF.

Is it USCF policy to pass judgment of off-the-job behavior now? I heard
explicitly to the contrary when I raised concerns about what some of the
board members were doing on this group.

Is USCF admitting to Googling people now to check them out? If so, then
anyone who is a whistleblower would be known to them by virtue of that
search, and that foreknowledge is a key element in proving retaliation.

The problem with trying to judge Sam on anything that isn't related to chess
is that USCF should be consistent if it goes that route. If they don't want
Sam having a good chance at getting elected (I'm tempted to join USCF to
vote for him myself), then they should not give him campaign fodder with all
the secrecy they've been engaging in.

Uzytkownik "Randy Bauer" napisal w wiadomosci
ups.com...

Herr Bauer claims that he has had nth common with the EB of the USCF.
That`s
an outright lie.

Exactly what I lied about is not clear from your statement that I claim
I have had "nth common with the EB of the USCF." Gibberish.

Of course you have close ties with the EB of the USCF. I bet that you are a
twin brother of Bill Brock, however you are the "smarter" one

And his specialty is name-calling. I wonder how such a bad-mannered and
ill-willed guy could have been elected to the EB of the USCF ?

This reminds me of the Mark Twain quote that he would promise to
stopping telling the truth about a person if they promised to stop
lying about him. I have simply quoted plain facts about Sloan -- he is
a convicted felon who served time in prison; he had his securities
license revoked for misconduct; he also lost his license to drive a
cab. I also quoted a lengthy post of his dealing with some of his past
sexual experience. I fail to see how any of these is bad-mannered.

Name-calling is a sign of bad manners. Writing in capital letters is a sign
of bad manners. Accusing others of crimes they have not committed is a sign
of your ill-will.

Phil, i'm not the kind of guy to brag about my size and strength while
hiding behind the computer as you like to do, even though there is nothing
impressive about you. This is typical fare for a coward who can't deal with
things face to face. 6'3" doesn't impress me....i'm 6'5". And climbing
mountains doesn't make you a tough guy....nor does pretending to be tough in
your usenet posts by trying to convince people that you kick ass when
someone insults your family and telling everyone you have a rifle. The truth
is you've probably had your pathetic ass kicked so many times.....you've
relented to making violent postings on the internet instead of talking like
that in person. Face it Phil, you're an old man that can't fight your way
out of a paper bag. I could probably knock your mouthpiece mountain climber
ass out with one punch. But my hope would be that you could take a punch, so
I'd be able to give you a real nice beating.

I don't like your chances in a chess match either. Your 2044 uscf rating is
worth about 1750 cfc. I proved that by beating every american "expert" I
ever played....such as Don Aldrich, Kurt Brasket, etc. Also, you're probably
not even worth anywhere near 2044 anyway. You're a tired old man on the
decline, and your uscf membership expired ten years ago.

If you want to read so much into my post, go ahead. What I wrote about
Florida was in general terms. It wasn't directly about you. Maybe you need
reading lessons.

You certainly have a huge chip on your shoulder. Do you beat up your chess
opponents if you lose to them? lol

Looks like your research skills are as pathetic as your ability to cover
your tracks when you do something underhanded. Even the power of Google
isn't enough to compensate for the mental deficiencies of this guy. This
took me about 10 seconds of googling. Here you go Bauer:

I am not a Board member; I am, however, a voting member of the USCF,
and I am expressing my personal opinion.

I did not claim to represent USCF practice. I know for a fact,
however, that many companies do Internet content searches when making
employment decisions.

The problem with trying to judge Sam on anything that isn't related to chess

Too bad Sam isn't running for Executive Board of the "non members of
the USCF" With Parr, Innes, Repa, Jerzy, Gordon, etc. on the bandwagon
he'd be a shoo-in.
