Exciting times here, folks! It's Pillsbury Doughboy Repa vs.
Mountain Man Innes! A battle royal between two middle-aged
heavyweights!

35 is "middle-aged"?

Jason Repa

Yep!
avg lifespan is about 80. Divide that by three(1/3 youth; 1/3
middle;1/3 old age)

youth lasts from birth till appx age 26 or 27. Middle age till about 53
or 54; old age last from 53 or 54 until death.

LOL. This from a guy who didn't want to divulge his address because he
was afraid we'd come up to Winnepeg to throw eggs at his house. Yes, WE
are all the cowards who won't come to him, yet I don't see him going out
of his way to meet anyone else.

Now Jason is going to call me a pathetic snivelling coward that hides
behind his computer and tell me how I have **** for brains because my
rating is only 1600 (actually, it's less!). Oh, and how he'll be sure
to take care of me the next time he's in the Greater Boston area. Yawn...

I know a mentally-deficient piece of **** loser like you who's only
achievements are through lying, cheating, and breaking the rules can't
comprehend this, but you picked the wrong guy to start a fight with. And
here you go again with your cowardly reference to hiding behind the state
for protection and running away from the fights that you started. You're the
kind of guy who as a child would ring doorbells and run away, or taunt
others and run to the teacher, or some other authority figure for protection
when you got caught and were being dealt with. You are the epitome of a
coward and a weasel Bauer. Sooner or later we likely will be in the same
room somewhere, and I won't be requiring your volition. Who will you run to
then?

sometimes people's motives are overdetermined, you know that term, not
one thing, but a complexity

I'm quite good at profilling people and you've made it very clear that
your waters don't run that deep Innes.

Interesting in what you chose to say and what not.

A "complexity" to a guy like you is watching Jerry Springer while making a
cheese sandwich.

You have a TV in your kitchen - or you make the sandwiches in your living
room? What is 'complexity' is not 101 emotions with Jerry, its 1001
assessment of the Warren Harding Error.

I'm not going to waste any more time trying to educate a
psuedo-intellectual mouthpiece pansy such as yourself.

Good! I indicated the same to you - basically only ******s try to influence
other people as their main motive, no? Rather than just say, for me, it
happens like this.

As hard as you're trying,

True again! But also by the usual inversion of logic of what is observable.
Is it really me or you who is trying to impress the other?

you still haven't impressed me

Proof of something? Why, eg, should I want to? And why should you mention it
quite often?

Innes, and I doubt you ever will.

More speculation? zzzz

You have already recognised I offered you a test on relating from experience
or being just like others. Pity! You have all the right attributes to be a
good player, except self-discipline, and settle for being a yet another zzzz
commentator.

No regrets for me! We don't meet anywhere that interest me.

All anyone needs to do to meet with me personally is give me some
notification as to when they'll be in my city and they have my word i'll
show up and be alone as well. They won't be coming over for drinks so my
address isn't required. You know you you would even have the guts to come
and see me in person Swartz. I don't need to call you a spineless coward,
you already admitted to being one yourself. You at least know what you are.
And your IQ is too low to play chess. With all that hard word and study
you've done you can't do better than 1600....ROFL! You should stick to
tic-tac-toe and go-fish.

No wonder you couldn't cut it at chess Innes. You take a primitive approach
to problem-solving and make allot of invalid assumptions (another hallmark
of a weak mind). You try to compensate for your lack of genuine intelligence
by making the occassional obscure reference and regurgitating something you
read. Your facade is completely transparent. And I know you're working like
a dog to try to impress me Innes but there will be no gold star for you.
I'll give you a red checkmark for effort though. It happens from time to
time but it's not everyday I'm the object of someone's obsession as a puppy
dog obsesses about his master. Go climb up the wall of a school or
something, and stop littering the Usenet with your drivel.

Jason, having once indicated what I was interested in, and the second time
made it clear what was a really a brush off, are you really thinking you are
engaging anyone with your insistent protests about those trying to impress
you? That's not really so credible is it?

This is quite a good post, for a non chess player on newsnet. It is
sufficiently abstract as to apply to any person on any subject, and as sui
generis commentary, quite well done according to its type.

I regret that it is not to my interest to engage further, since all mention
of chess content by way of experiential reflections have now dissapeared.

Cordially, Phil Innes

Of course you will...all 6'5" of you...because your "word" means so much
to everyone on this forum... But seriously, Jason, I don't have so much
disposable income and free time as to make a special trip up to your
area, even if I believed you'd show up. And if I did, I'll let you know
right now that I wouldn't show up alone - not because I would be afraid
of you, or need any assistance - I'd just like someone there with a
video camera so that we could record our meeting for posterity (and
maybe the amusement of others on this forum).

They won't be coming over for drinks so my
address isn't required. You know you you would even have the guts to come
and see me in person Swartz.

Sounds to me like you're the one hiding behind a computer...oh, I know,
I have your "word"...

"you you..." Why Jason, I do believe you're stuttering... ;-)

I don't need to call you a spineless coward,
you already admitted to being one yourself. You at least know what you are.

Sorry, I admitted to know such thing - I merely pointed out what I
expected your response to my post would be - having seen it so many
times already...

And your IQ is too low to play chess.

I'll never beat Kasparov, but so what? Neither will you...guess you
should give it up too.

With all that hard word and study
you've done you can't do better than 1600....

Who says I've put in a lot of hard work and study? You really make too
many assumptions...

Oh, and by the way, don't feel like you need to respond to this - it is,
afterall, Friday, not to mention Cinco de Mayo - I'd much rather go
drink a few beers and enjoy the nice weather we're having here in New
England today than reply back.

You're the only person I've said is trying to impress me Innes. Not anyone
else. Your cheap, pseudo-intellectual, beer hall argument tactics don't work
with me. My comment, as indicated, was directed towards you and you only. As
I've told you several times....amatuer hour has long been over. You've been
so desperately trying to impress me, as a student who rides the short bus to
school tries to impress his homeroom teacher by spelling his name correctly
and tying his own shoes.

The problem is, you're nothing more than a prozaic clerk who spends an
enormous time on the internet because you're a failure in the real world.
You're also very predictable, and I know you're going to make some reference
to how I must be "projecting" here. You learned a new word this week and now
you want to show everyone how "smart" you are by repeating it over and over,
even if out of context. The simple truth is you're just a laughing stock
Innes. First you start off pretending to be a hero by saying how you could
kick anyone's ass who insulted your family and making a vieled threat in
response to my factual posting about Mr. Bauer. Then you try to impress
everyone by bragging about being 6'3" and pretending to be a big tough
mountain climber. After that you start trying to suck my cock by changing
your tone from aggressive to friendly and try to pretend to be smart by
making a couple of cheap, semi-obsure references in order to impress me.
Your plan backfired as you've made it clear you don't understand what you're
talking about.

You're also the biggest hypocrite in this usenet! Recall how you said in
your original trolling flame post:

"I rather doubt that any of these
taunts would be uttered face to face, since as men we'd knock the living
**** out of anyone who insulted our families or ourselves."

then only a few posts later you say:

"of course, only people who have not so much experience in actual fighting
forecast what they are going to do, what they do, and what they have done"

which is a direct contradiction to the first post. How incredibly stupid do
you have to be to contradict yourself so quickly and so utterly? Innes,
seriously you half-wit, garden-variety, jackass......go back to your
"scrabble cheaters" usenet group and annoy people there. You've long ceased
to be of any amusement to anyone.

You don't speak for everyone Swartz. You can't even speak properly for
yourself. You're a physical and mental weakling of a man who trolls around
in a chess newsgroup even though you can't do better than a 1600 elo in the
game. Nobody has a shred of respect for you or pays any serious attention to
any of the drivel that spews from your keyboard. You're a talentless,
know-nothing loser in all faucets of life....not just in chess.

And Nobody has once made the offer so my word has never even being in
question. A guy named John MacNab or something like that, who lives in
Canada also, once said he wanted to meet with me in person but backed down
later when I tried to arrange the details. Just like you're backing down
right now, as you did before. You're whining about being too broke to come
see me....now there's an original excuse....ROFL! You're 100%, certifiable,
sniveling coward! As you've already admitted many times.

Jason. allow me to 'try to' impress you no more - I keep offering to 'pass'
but...

Did you want to discuss that? For someone so dismissive of someone else at
such length, I am prepared to ignore it - even though you pay me so much
attention.

But you can't do both, boy. You can't want to argue and also pretend you are
not interested. So chose.

Own an interest or get lost.

Not bad again! But really! You do seem to be pursuing me for something...
and why should you demonstrate such extravagent attention on someone who you
do not esteem?

I know, so do you.

its okay, there is nothing that can be resolved here - you think you are
fighting, but its just talking fighting
