reward for information leading to the conviction of ANY FELONY CRIMINAL ACTIVITY of any USCF Executive Committee member in relation to his or her duties in Chess. These American chess players are RACISTS; Sam Sloan was elected by an organization that hates black people. The overall payout is limited to 2,000 dollars.
