I want to get this straight for the record in the FIDE General
assembly.



I control a 10 million dollar 501c3 not for profit charitable
foundation, and nobody in the USCF wants any of my money. Steven Doyle
seemed to want money, until he changed his mind when confronted with
this "banning" by Mike Nolan and Bill Hall.



I have incorporated in Wyoming a for profit chess association, and we
are obtaining a certificate of authority to sue the USCF in Illinois.



As a former director and officer, I have never seen such arrogance in a
not for profit corporation. I am personally worth more than FIDE and
the USCF combined, and my giving contributions are greater than my net
worth. Yet, you people don't seem to want any money.

The problem with threatening to kill a multimillionare is the fallout.
Normal people get mad and call the police. I catalog, wait, and get
ready, even if it takes years. There will be a response to these death
threats, positive or negative.

This has just begun, and the sad thing is that when I try to mitigate
the sitaution by chartiable donation, I get called a "colored man" by a
USCF attorney.
