That's of no legal consequense to me or to the Wyoming Secretary of
State. They can the reincorporated entity, or incproate a NEW NAME
themselves, and we can all sue each other to the IL Supreme Court.

Just because the USCF recognizes an unincorporated entity in Wyoming
Chess Association several years ago, does not and CAN NOT BIND the
Wyoming Chess Association, Inc., formed on 12/15/06, to any contract
with these people, some of whom I have been informed are DEAD! We can
have a power struggle in Wyoming, and some people can reincorporate,
but that group can't go to the Board of Delegates and take away the
name

from our new corproation. We own the name. We are the Wyoming Chess
Assocaition, Inc. anyone can join, and I will get a court ORDER for the
mailing labels to invite ALL USCF members in Wyoming for the first
incorporated meeting. Further, I am prepared to file suit in ILLINOIS
under the above corporate name, as President, to get these goons of
American chess to cooperate.

Dead people can't sign agreeements with the USCF.

Wyoming has an ABSOLUTE right to incorpoate the state chapter, as MOST
OTHER STATES HAVE DONE. This is not debatable. The delegates get no
vote, this is a matter of Illnois - not any other state's - corporpate
director's laws.
