Mike Goodall has been hospitalized

One the same day that he was announced as an official candidate for
election to the USCF Executive Board, Mike Goodall suffered a heart
attack and has been hospitalized.

Mike is now in the ICU in Kaiser Hospital in Marin County, California.
I just spoke to his nurse who informed me that he has been stabilized.

Great News!

I just spent an hour taking to Mike Goodall on the telephone.

Mike is perfectly OK. He has had a pacemaker installed. He had a mild
heart attack. However, he is still running for election and he is
anxious to get back in the thick of things.

This is great news, especially since many of us thought he was dead
already.

Mike is in Kaiser Hospital in San Rafael, California right now. He is
expecting to be transferred to Marin General Hospital tomorrow and to
be back home in two or three days after that.

He's going to die soon. He should drop out so I can win.

This is a highly objectionable posting by The Fake Sam Sloan, the most
objectionable yet.

Not only did I not write it, but it is not true.

Mike Goodall has been released from the hospital and is back home now.
He is back to sending out his usual spam emails. Mike will require a
few months for a complete recovery but by election time he should be
able to conduct an active and energetic campaign.

I personally believe that it is highly likely that Mike Goodall will be
elected. He came close to being elected the last time he ran.
