$15,000 for was not supposed to be for any of these things. Our "Internet insurance" which was the subject of a vote on August 14, 2006 was supposed to protect us from lawsuits arising from "moderation". Suppose just in a purely hypothetical case somebody says that Candidate X is a member of Mensa and Mr. Y says, "That is a lie because X is not a member of Mensa." Then Moderator Q fails to delete the posting by Y and X sues Y, Q and the USCF for allowing Y to post his statement that X is not a member of Mensa. Our "Internet insurance" is suppose to protect us from that kind of suit. However, the insurance plan listed above does not cover that sort of situation. In view of this, I would like for somebody to tell us exactly what our Internet insurance does cover. In other words, what did we pay $15,000 for? Sam Sloan |

Sam Sloan Does this mean I can attack all my political opponents and the insurance will cover all lawsuits? I need to know. I want to sue Joel Channing and Bill Goichberg. Leroy Dubeck is willing to finance my quest. Sam Sloan |

I fear that Joel Channing plans to sue the USCF for bad things that Sam Sloan, Beatriz Marinello and a host of others are saying about Joel Channing, especially since: 1. It was Joel Channing who insisted that the USCF take out that sort of insurance policy and 2. Joel Channing has a history of bringing that sort of lawsuit. I feel that the USCF should cancel the Internet Insurance because it is tantamount to holding up a sign and saying "SUE US". Sam Sloan |

Ambassador wrote: The policy does not seem to cover against libel and slander. I do not how if the real or fake Sam Sloan intentionally committs a TORT against Joel Channing, how that policy would be required to pay. You on the Executive Committee have bought a NEARLY WORHTLESS INSURANCE POLICY, becasue you are a BUNCH OF DUMBASSES without any real business exeperience. Sue me, Joel Channig. Marcus Roberts I'm not going to sue you. I'm going to put something up your ass and in your mouth. Sam Sloan |

"Chess Freak" Paranoia May Destroy Ya...
So you finally admit that you are the perpetrator of the fake e-mails? |

"Ambassador" do you Chess Freak? You are speaking of what you know little
about. In fact, you are PUSSY, afraid to identify yourself. The Chess Freak is the e-mail faker. You on the other hand live on a tiny island which does not even have a Wal-Mart. |

All I need is a policy number and the company it is written with and I will be happy to make inquiries. Rob |

Pshaw. Prove it, Jah.
Now that I think about it, you probably are the fake sloan/gordon character yourself. Prove me wrong in that assertion, Jah. I double-dog-dare you. "Jah" wrote in message ... sloan/gordon character yourself. Prove me wrong in that assertion, Jah. I double-dog-dare you. Your writing style gives you away. I have suspected you were the fake Sloan for over a year, since I read several of your messages and several from the fake Sloan. The more I read of the you and the faker, the more obvious it is that you are the same person. |
