If the moderators are secret, then how can it be claimed that Dr Blair is
not a moderator?

As a member of the FOC Louis Blair is prohibited from being a
moderator. The two are separate entities.

They are intimately related entities - do not the FOC, engage the moderators
as to policy - and how instanced are there recommendations? in other words,
i rather doubt that there are ethical considerations evolved independent of
persons - otherwise, what point ethics if they are secret?

Even
ex-president Tim Redman has said that the forum is entirely political.

Redman is wrong.

redman is a savvy person indeed. while i could accept that he is wrong - i
should first not accept it, but consider it true or false - did you not
think the same for yourself?

i mean, if what he says is unlikeable, this is quite another matter than
being wrong - and i notice you do not expand your point beyond assertion

how come?

You seem to have stated your misconception as fact before, as did
Innes.

Does Steve Owen say it is not fact?

I do not know what Steve Owen may say.

possible you are a different Steve Owens, like the multiple rob mitchells
which cause so much confusion in the brain of sloan? or at least, this is
how he represents himself

The fact of the matter is that Louis Blair is a member of the
Forum Oversight Committee. That has never been a "secret." He has
never been a moderator.

What a distinction! He moderates the moderators! Gosh, what a great use
of
time.

Yes, it is a distinction.

the question is if it is a dsictintion with a difference

The members of the FOC have zero moderator
abilities. The members of the FOC do not "moderate the moderators."

what then, do they do?

The FOC and the moderators work together

ah! they do not moderate the moderators but 'work together', except

but a member of the FOC may
not direct a moderator to take any action.

to what effect then is their effort deployed? i suspect that is not true -
and suspect more how you know what happens, when no-one else seems to have a
clue, since of course all is secret in order to propose openness at public
levels

Having Our Louis as Head Honcho is a grand joke!

Once again, you are wrong. Louis Blair is not "Head Honcho" or
whatever you may imply with that term. Bill Hall oversees the
moderators.

the moderator of the non-moderators of the moderators?

Terry Winchester if the FOC Chair and Terry Vibbert is
the FOC Vice Chair. Louis Blair has one vote among the members of the
FOC.

Thank you for once again proving that you are simply a disgruntled
blowhard.

thank you for noticing!

what a pity though that you do not know any history or precedent for such
things, since there is more here, Horatio, than is conceived of in your
philosophy, though i shrink from taunting you with the way soviet-system
deployed itself, since it is not uniquely soviet

but would think more on that all things tend to change themselves into their
opposities, as a matter of nature, lest some other factor introduce itself
which invigorates the issue

and this other factor is the living one, sometimes called life

it is my opinion, and i seek not to confront or confound the dead
