Default How must to list your name on the USCF ballot?

Does a persons "legal" name need to be on the USCF ballot in order for
it to be oficial? Didn't Sloan change his "legal" name? If he was
elected under an "alias" is that legal?

"Rob" is not a member of the USCF.

It was because he refused to answer my questions about his membership
status or to otherwise identify himself that I was finally forced to
expel him from my email group.

Since he is a non-member, I hope that everyone will ignore his
rantings about USCF Election Procedures.

Yes. He hopes they will ignore my question because his flamboyant ego
can't imagine that he may have outsmated himself! LOL We all know why
you banned me Sam. It wasn't because you didn't/don't know who I am. I
have sent you messages and communicated with you directly on various
topics in the past. You simply wanted to silence me because the
questions being posed were ones you couldn't afford to answer .

Now... Since Sloan was placed on the ballot under a name which is not
his "legal" name... can he serve? Would MIke Nolan know this answer?

Would this also affect Zsuzsa Polgar?

I don't know. But I do know that "Ismail Mohamed" is nothing like
"Samuel Howard"

I asked someones opinion about this and they concur that Mr. Sloan
cannot be a member of the board since he used an alias on the ballot.
This has the effect of rendering any vote he made retrocativly void.
He also should be removed from the current list of canidates for
executive board.

It doesn't count when your consultant's fee was "spare change".

Interesting that Rob thinks that Susan Polgar should be kicked off the
ballot.

Up until now, he has been supporting her, or at least I thought he
was.

By the way, her name is not Zsuzsa either. Few people know her real
name.

Her last name only became Polgar when her family changed it from a
Polish name.

Probably even her beloved Truong does not know that.

By the way, Truong's real first name is not Paul either. Truong is a
man of many names, including Derazza.

Of course, I know all about this because I was her significant other.
Oops. I was not supposed to say that.

Sam Sloan's legal name is not Samuel Howard Sloan nor is it Sam
Sloan. He must be removed . Anyone with the "legal name" of Sam Sloan
can be admitted to the executive board, who is also a USCF member. It
is a puzzlement, but one I am certain Mr. Sloan will ignore.
