Susan Polgar magnanimously waives appearance fee
(for-immediate-release)
Since Terry Vibbert has announced intention to implement webcast equipment, the delegates meeting will now be a televised event. By a previouSLY negotiated legal agreement with Frank Niro, this event now qualifies as a media promotion in connection with the USCF, and so Ms. Polgar is entitled to the $5000 honorarium. However, Susan has aGREED to waive her appearance fee for this occasion. We at Chess Promotions LLC sincerely hope this magnanimous gesture does not remain unappreciated. As usual, fawning USCF members are encouraged to post profusely favorable blog comments as frequently as possible. -30- (totally-not-sloan)
