Congratulations to Joel Channing, Paul Truong and Susan Polgar on
being elected Members at Large.

Following the USCF delegates' meetings, Joel Channing, Paul Truong and
Susan Polgar have been elected as Members-at-Large of the USCF
Executive Board.

Congratulations to Joel, Paul and Susan on their new positions.

It is something Ismail Sloan made up.If there were "wards" there board
members were elected from, the term might have meaning. As it is, it's
means nothing.

On August 14, motion EB08-004 CLARIFICATION OF EB TITLES passed 7-0

Basically, the real titles, as authorized by the by-laws, are
President, Vice-President, Secretary, VP of Finance and Member-
atLarge.
