Default Proposal to Post Top-100 lists on the Internet

Are these lists easy to produce? Can they be produced for each state?
Any one besides me and Mike Murray think they might be good
promotional tools? (I am stealing Mike's idea and posting it here)

Produce the lists and post them on the Internet and then let people
know they exist and maybe people would try to get on a top 100 list.
Being on the national top 100 list would be great but being in the top
100 for your state would be nice also. I suppose some states would not
have 100 people to fill some of the lists. Might get some people back
to playing rated chess after awhile away from the game as would be my
case. Might get more people to report their ages to USCF to get on a
list.

This is a great idea. I wish I had thought of it. I wish somebody had
thought of it.

However, I am a bit nervous about posting in the Internet the names
and ratings of very young children. For example, should we post a list
of the 100 top rated girls under 8 ? I think we should seek some
advice on this touchy question before going forward.
