Default Will Sam Sloan share depositions?

The Ethics Committee and Delegates are unfit to try Paul Trong or Glen
Peterson

The only place to try Paul Trong is in the civil courts. I don't think
that the conduct rises to a criminal level. I think both Sam Sloan and
Marcus Roberts should seriously sue the USCF. I am thinking of suing
the USCF in Illinois and Glen Peterson in IL. If Sam Sloan could sue
at the same time, we would have them in a mess. I could also opt for
New Jersey. I can ask a court to REMOVE Goichberg, Troung, and Polgar
from the Executive Board, for a conflict of interest.

My case is that I have never had a history or incident involving
IED's. Glen Peterson, a current USCF employee, reported to the police
that I was a terroist going to kill everyone. So many deah threats
were said to have been made by me, they are too numerous to list in
this forum. Both Glen, his partner in slander, and the USCF are all
liable for harassment. I have a major case. Sloan appears to have a
major case also. The term improvised explosive device comes from 2003
and IRAQ. I last ran for the then Policy Board in 1997. I was a
director and officer from 1993-1997. It was impossible for me to have
a history of threats with explosives. Glen Peterson, editor of Chess
Life, charges are absurd. Sam Sloan has case of libel and slander.

If Sam Were to sue in New York, and I were to sue in Illinois, the
USCF would be looking at one of the suits bankrupting them. Could you
imagine Sloan and Roberts at a creditors bankruptcy proceeding. It
would be a laughingstock of a proceeding!

Either Sloan or I will win over 100,000 dollars in damages, if Troung
is the fake Sam Sloan. If true, Peterson cooperated with Troung agains
me on the night of August 1, 2007 at the Holiday Inn, according to the
Cherry Hill, Police, and report.

Don't yet your hopes up. We can sue, but it could take depositions to
find out the truth, and then I am certain lies are bound to be told.

Will Sam Sloan cooperate and share with the depositions?

The Polgar / Goichberg administration was better off under Sam Sloan
on the EB.

I was the author of certain Delegate resolutions that are items of
continuing interest today that cause this harassment. I am not allowed
at public meetings, for being a former officer. Sloan is hounded by
EB's members hell bent on silencing him. The corproation is headed for
bankruptcy.

Troung might find a way out. You never know...

I see now why Bill Hall wanted me to file an EARLY ethics complaint
agianst Troung. Now, he faces removal. If they keep Troung in office,
a JURY will ruin them.
