Hi Marcus Roberts,

I have received the faxed pages that you sent to Bill Hall regarding
your request to file an ethics complaint against Paul Troung.

I have attached a copy of the procedures that need to be followed to
file an ethics complaint.

You need to provide me with a signed copy of your complaint and
provide evidence of such, as well as the $25.00 good faith deposit.

It seems that the USCF has discovered another source of income.

Just fill out the proper forms in triplicate, write a check, and the
ethics committee will sweep it under the rug as usual.

How much to have Judy frown and shake her finger at Paul while she
scolds him ?
