Well, it could be that many people don't yet know about
the site and it needs more advertisement, more marketing.

One idea would be to buy a huge billboard at the upcoming
Olympics, so people watching on TV would see it. Or maybe
a 30-second spot during the SuperBowl showing Bobby
Fischer losing to the GetClub program in six moves after the
latest "improvements".

Seriously, there is a problem in that the Web site itself
contains errors, such as when you try to close a pop-up
box by clicking the X in the upper-right hand corner, and
nothing happens. The issues with playing strength are
primarily targeted by strong players, and the vast majority
of casual chess players will not know or care that it is not
nearly as strong as Fritz. The biggest issue for a long
time was the incredible slowness which resulted from
programmers trying to make it play strong enough to
silence the critics (they failed). Now that problem has
been solved, at least for the easy levels.

But back to the problem of driving more traffic to the
site; what about if you paid Google to put a link for
GetClub at the top after every search on the word "chess"?
Oh, and after any search which includes that word, and
after searches which include "ice cream", "sex", "money",
or "Paris Hilton". I think that might work.
