"WRECKLESS CHARGES"

"[Randy Bauer is] a well respected member of the business and
political community with a national reputation." -- Randy Bauer

Dear Marcus,

Larry Parr here.

We have had a small public disagreement. You
came out in favor of reporting Randy Bauer to the FBI,
whereas I believe you would do better to file a
complaint with a local sheriff's office or with
relevant legal bodies that are clearly constitutional.

Randy is the type who ought to be consorting with
the FBI. He is a self-described "legislative process"
buckaroo, a guy who is currently thriving in the era
of the USA Patriot Act and snooping into local library
records to discover if someone is reading too much T.
E. Lawrence, St. John Philby or Sir Richard Burton.
(For Randy's benefit: the reference is not to Liz's
former husband.)

Did you notice Randy's claim -- a Richard
Coryesque boast without the grace and charm? A la the
Kinks, Randy hoots himself up to be "a well respected
member of the business and political community with a
national reputation."

Get that Marcus? Randy has repeatedly told us
over the years how "well respected" he is. The rhythm
is interesting. If you find the skeleton, you will
discover the man and need never concern yourself about
his legal-suit blather.

Thank the stars for rgcp. Randy and his type are
now censoring the USCF Forum, and we members of the
oppressed chess masses, toiling over many a quaint and
curious volume of forgotten Caissic lore, need this
e-megaphone.

Ours is the highroad of classical liberal virtue.
A former Soviet budget director once asked, "How many
divisions has the Pope?" There are currently quite a
few such people in our world of chess, ranging from
Kirsan Ilyumzhinov and Florencio Campomanes to Bill
Kelleher and Randy, a former state budget director,
asking how many divisions have us dissidents.

A more telling question might be how many
divisions has the USCF Executive Board, by which we do
not mean military formations.

Marcus: the EB members are scrapping over chess
loot like pye mutts. Some want perks and payoffs,
some want rating points, some want recognition, some
want what they imagine to be power.

To paraphrase George Kennan in a different
context, our job is to apply unremitting pressure at a
shifting series of geographical points on the chess
political map.

Randy promised that he would not hang around rgcp
very long. I think that's an outright lie. His job right now
is to be the Executive Board front man, explaining why
the USCF Forum must be censored and offering us spin
on the USCF "legislative process."

Yours, Larry Parr

I filed a complaint with David Tatum, Sheriff of Calhoun County, via e-
mail.

Bauer voted to withold the evidence invovling death threats against
me.

You can contact David at 850-674-5049.

Mr. Bauer's threats are over.

Randy Bauer is a public figure gone bad. If he continues his threats,
his harassing e-mail, he
will end up in prision. I'll just countersue the USCF in Florida.

Randy Bauer is a thug. He beleives he can pick on people, and he has
become a target
in his rush to threaten. I am sick and tired of this man's threats.

I look forward to his drive down to Florida. Perhaps he can spend time
in one of our jails.
