Default Texas Tech Campus Newspaper has new article about Polgar, Truong lawsuit

"Because of the pending litigation, Ms. Polgar's comments were general in
nature. Ms. Polgar's conduct is in marked contrast to the behavior of Mr.
Sam Sloan; but what, really, does he have to lose? His reputation? His
honor? Would one expect decent behavior from Mr. Sloan?"

"In the American justice system, in both civil and criminal cases,
allegations filed in a Complaint are not accepted as proven facts until a
judgment has been rendered to that effect, either by trial to a court or
a
trial by jury. One would think, though, that we live in France, where the
system works entirely to the advantage of bureaucrats and police - one is
presumed to be guilty unless one can prove oneself innocent

True for legal liability. Not true for actual guilt/innocence. You know,
I
believe Darwin lost a court case or two (where juries and judges refused
to
accept the truth).

Jan is a lawyer.

But of course, why credit antithetical views, when one can resort to Darwin?

There is zero obligation to wait for a legal verdict before deciding
whether
scientific evidence is substantial or not.

So says Fide-all-the-way, USCF Delegate, Eric Johnson.

What is the rule of law to him? And to what 'science' does he resort in this
instance?

Are you sure it was not "kiss of death?" :^)

Yes. It was a typo.Kiss not kill. Me bad.

Typo is short for typographical error, like when you hit
a wrong key on a typewriter or keyboard. Noting that
the letter "s" is far to the left (left ring finger?) while the
letter "l" is extreme right (think FOX News channel), it
follows that either a) Larry Parr has grave difficulties
admitting his many errors, or b) he was not using a
QWERTY keyboard, but some custon-programmed one
where these two letters are placed closely together. I'm
betting on the former, since it is perfectly in character for
LP and this has happened many times before, and in
every instance LP's brain fart was blamed on a "typo".

Take a look at what a student reader of the Daily Toreador had to say
about me. This guy is really good!! We thought we had the best
insulters up here as rgcp, but we now have concede that those Texans
have got our best beat.

You can read this down at http://www.dailytoreador.com :

"It looks like Sammy-boy wants to live a cardboard box. Too late,
he already does! Doh! Bring it on Sloan, you sorry Patzer playing, kid-
hustling, Rice-a-roni eating, coat-tail-riding, homely-wife marrying
(multiple times at that!), scum-dwelling, wrinkled-Woody-Allen-looking-
but-smells-like-Boris-Yeltsin freak. Your cyber stalking days are
coming to an end."
