So was I. And the posts that forged my identity threatened Marcus
with physical harm.

I saw a few postings under SS's name threatening
MR with bodily harm; words which I interpreted as
meaning "SS will beat you up" if he dared show up.

It went further than that. In one post, Marcus asked "Sam Sloan, did
you threaten to kill me?" and the FSS responded, "Yes I did".

You need to understand that MR is "at war" with... everyone
and everything; in this context, a threat of death is just an
everyday part of war; if captured alive, MR could conceivably
be sent to Guantanamo in Cuba, held indefinitely and even
tortured (i.e. forced to play blitz against Fritz, losing *every*
game, or even shown pictures of SS, stark naked).

If the threat was real, instead of a hack-job law suit, perhaps
*the Feds* should determine who is /that/ Fake Sloan and charge
him/her with assault? But it is hard to imagine them going to
such lengths when MR is obviously still alive; it seems that
either the threat was not a serious one, or else it was made by
an incompetent duffer of a murderer; I suspect the former. In
fact, this strongly reminds me of the many threats made by
certain posers in this forum. (Did I say posers? I of course
meant to type "posters"!)
