Many USCF members do not want to receive junk mail. That is what they
are saying when they opt out.

I would like to see a single example of a USCF member who does not
want to see literature from the candidates when they run for USCF
election.

I doubt that any state will change the laws so as to make it
impossible for a dissident group in an election campaign to contact
the voters.

Remember that the officers of the USCF get to see and use the mailing
addresses of the members.

Why should not the election opponents be allowed to contact those same
members?
