He will try and spin this as a "rainout" rather than a loss, but it clearly
is a rejection of his best efforts to be annoying. He will have to appeal
to keep Ross from eating his lunch, but that is just postponing the
inevitable. Good ole Sue has given even the most inept pro se the
ammunition needed to defeat any of his claims. He used everything he knows
(which isn't that much) on this suit. Fired all his guns til the barrels
melted down.

Actually it all boils down to this, he can't show damages, thus he has no
standing for suit. Checkmate.

The same thing will happen if he files suit against the USCF, no damages, no
standing, no case. Checkmate.
